Taylor is a Senior Analyst with CSL with 16 years of industry experience responsible for researching, writing and presenting feasibility studies for clients who are evaluating the possibility of developing convention, sports or entertainment facilities. She has completed projects for clients across numerous sports and entertainment sectors including collegiate athletics, amateur sports, professional sports, attractions and others.
Before joining the CSL team, she worked at Southwest Airlines where she was responsible for the reporting and dissemination of Southwest Airline’s Net Promoter Score survey data that was answered by nearly 500,000 fliers each year. Taylor began her career as a Client Services Research Manager with Toluna, and quickly learned how to analyze and validate large quantities of data rapidly and accurately as well as questionnaire writing and design. She graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing.
