Tavleen Lakhan

Tavleen is an Analyst in the London CSL office, working on feasibility studies in the sports, entertainment, and leisure industries. She conducts detailed market research and financial analysis to produce reports that help clients assess opportunities and make confident strategic decisions.

Before joining CSL, Tavleen graduated from University College London with a BSc in Economics and worked at a strategy consultancy, delivering projects across financial services, regional economic development, and innovation ecosystems. There, she developed a strong foundation in data-driven research, qualitative analysis, and navigating ambiguity – skills she now applies in her work at CSL.
