Richard Cutting-Miller is the Vice President of Tourism Strategy, bosting more than 30 years of international experience focused on Travel & Tourism strategy, business development and planning, market research, industry analysis, public affairs and government relations. He has worked in more than 65 countries and 350 destinations around the world.
Prior to joining CSL, he held the position of Executive Vice President with Resonance Consultancy Ltd. where he developed strategic business and tourism plans for clients such as City of Los Angeles CA, Tucson AZ, Portland OR, Richmond VA, and Vancouver BC. He also served as Executive Vice President of the World Travel & Tourism Council for 16 years following his tenure with Deloitte as a management consultant for the tourism industry practice.
Richard has served as a board member for the U.S. Travel Association (2020), Caribbean Tourism Organization (2016-1018), holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business and and earned a bachelors in mathematics from The University of Oklahoma.
