Allegiant Stadium

CSL have worked on behalf of the National Football League, the Las Vegas Raiders and the City of Las Vegas to serve as a stadium development advisor and conduct the necessary market research and planning that lead to the decision to finance a new state-of-the-art NFL stadium and relocate the Raiders to Las Vegas. CSL due diligence spanned initial relocation studies for the NFL, subsequent stadium feasibility studies for the City of Las Vegas and ticketing, seat license, and sponsorship valuation studies for the Raiders. CSL was subsequently retained by the Raiders to lead the sales campaign for naming rights, sponsorships, seat licenses and premium seating for the new stadium which are all tied to supporting the Raider’s contribution toward stadium development costs. The $1.8 billion, 65,000-seat Allegiant Stadium is scheduled to open for the 2020 NFL season.
