CSL Hired to Determine Feasibility of a New Stadium for the Oakland Raiders

The Oakland Alameda County Coliseum Authority engaged the team of CSL International and JMI Sports to assess the feasibility of constructing a new stadium for the Oakland Raiders and possible another NFL team. The study will include an evaluation of market demand, a site analysis, cost estimates, financial pro formas and development of possible funding sources.
