CSL to Advise of Potential Moody Coliseum Renovations

Southern Methodist University engaged CSL to provide market and financial advisory services related to possible renovation options for the 8,998-seat Moody Coliseum. CSL will provide benchmarking information on premium and general seating options at similar schools, assess the competitive environment in which a renovated Moody Coliseum would operate, conduct market surveys with athletic donors and the corporate community to determine demand for premium and general seating in a renovated Moody Coliseum, and determine the incremental event potential of the facility to host other events including sporting events, concerts, family shows, graduations, etc. Financial and funding models will be developed as part of our work efforts.
