Town of Apple Valley, California selects CSL International to conduct study of ballpark and mixed-use development

The Town of Apple Valley has awarded CSL International a contract to conduct a feasibility study for a proposed new ballpark that is envisioned to attract a Class A California League franchise to Apple Valley. CSL will evaluate the market and financial potential for a new ballpark and franchise in Apple Valley based on an analysis of local market characteristics, competitive and comparable venues, and discussions with potential ballpark users, including the California League and a potential tenant franchise. In addition, CSL will prepare recommendations regarding potential building program parameters, lease terms and funding sources. Finally, we will assist the Town in identifying specific ancillary development components that could represent the highest and best use of undeveloped land surrounding the proposed ballpark site.
