CSL Retained by the San Diego Convention Center Corporation for Convention Center Planning Projects

CSL is evaluating the financial operating performance of an expanded San Diego Convention Center (SDCC). This analysis is comprised of an assessment of past, current and projected event and financial data, comparable facility financial operations and the development of a financial operating model.

In addition to the analysis of financial operations, CSL is also working with Piper Jaffray to provide financial consulting services to include recommendation, evaluation and reporting on the potential financing options of the proposed SDCC expansion and hotel development initiative. Based on this analysis, recommendations will be provided with regard to the most beneficial potential financing and funding sources for the expansion and hotel development project, including a hypothetical order of magnitude estimate and general outlines or a possible financing plan and schedule.
