CSL Has Been Selected to Conduct Convention Center Feasibility Study in Hendersonville, North Carolina

CSL has been hired by the City of Hendersonville (North Carolina) to conduct a market and financial feasibility study regarding the development of a new convention center in the community of Hendersonville, North Carolina. Currently underway, the study is being conducted in two phases. The first phase will include various research and analyses to evaluate the market demand for the proposed Center, and build upon them to provide a quantitative supportable building program.

The second phase will build on market demand findings associated with the first phase to evaluate various key quantitative cost and benefit aspects of the potential project, including such areas as order-of-magnitude construction cost estimates, financial operating characteristics, economic impacts and funding issues.
