WHATS NEW 2009-04-01 CSL to Negotiate Arena Management Agreement The City of Stockton engaged CSL to negotiate a new arena management agreement on behalf of the City. The City originally entered into an agreement with IFG, however, the City has been subsidizing the arena operations and is looking to modify the agreements with both the arena management and primary tenants.
