Bill Rhoda Testifies Before Minnesota Legislature on Vikings Impact

Bill Rhoda provided a summary of the economic impacts associated with the development of a new stadium for the Minnesota Vikings and the State of Minnesota. The testimony was in front of the House Local Government Division as a part of the due diligence the State is undertaking in evaluating various proposals regarding the new stadium that is meant to replace the Metrodome.
