Event Facilities Fort Worth hired CSL to conduct a market and financial feasibility study for a new Will Rogers Arena and Equestrain Center. The venue will be located near Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum and will position the venue to retain and attract major livestock and equestrian events and to serve as the primary sports and entertainment venue in Fort Worth, Texas. CSL will assess market demographics, compile benchmark statistics from comparable venues, analyze the venue's competition, complete general public and corporate community surveys to guage support for the project, define the appropriate building program and develop financial pro formas for the new arena.
