Keene State College engages CSL to Conduct a Feasibility Study

CSL and Elkus Manfredi were hired by Keene State College to assess the feasibility of developing an exposition center consisting of a field house with a 200-meter indoor track and an ice rink facility. The scope of the study includes an assessment of market demand, recommended building program, estimates of project costs, development of financial pro formas, estimates economic impacts, identification of funding options, assessment of potential sites and review of management and governance alternatives.
