Education: M.B.A. with a specialization in Sports Business, Arizona State University; B.A. in Economics, University of Pennsylvania

Prior to joining CSL, Mr. Connolly worked for the NBA’s Orlando Magic and the NFL’s Arizona Cardinals. With the Magic, he was a member of the Business Development & Strategy group that led the successful push for a new downtown arena. For the Cardinals, he focused on market research and analysis relating to sponsorship activation and premium amenities in University of Phoenix Stadium.

In addition to his experience in the sports and entertainment industry, Mr. Connolly has extensive experience in the financial sector. He has served as a Market Research Analyst and Finance Director for a consulting firm in Boston that focuses on the financial services industry, as well as an Investment Banking Analyst focusing on municipal debt for a regional bank in Philadelphia.

Mr. Connolly received his Masters of Business Administration with a primary specialization in Sports Business and a secondary specialization in Management from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
