Mr. Kerns is a Research Analyst at CSL with experience in research and planning during the early stages of facility development, market demand analysis, competitive and comparable facility analysis and project funding analysis.

Mr. Kerns has analyzed various planning aspects for a variety of facilities, including NFL and collegiate football stadiums, minor league baseball stadiums and municipal arenas.

Prior to joining CSL, Mr. Kerns worked in the Media Relations departments of the Houston Astros and Texas Rangers, serving as a statistical analyst and a liaison between the organization and the media.

Mr. Kerns received his Master of Arts degree with a primary specialization in Athletic Administration from the University of Iowa. He also received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Health & Sports Studies with a second major in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa.
