CSL International and members of our staff have assisted numerous professional sports franchises and public sector clients with respect to the development and operation of sports facilities, the acquisition of franchises and negotiation assistance relative to facility leases and market relocations. Over the past 20 years we have worked with 75 percent of the major professional sports franchises or on projects related to those franchises. It is from this level of depth that we are able to bring a unique perspective to every client. This type and level of experience is unmatched in the industry.

CSL has extensive experience providing assistance to institutions of higher education in facility planning studies. This experience includes market and financial athletic facility planning studies, campus wide sponsorship development, revenue generation through development of public/private partnerships, and donor programs.

Over the past 20 years, members of our firm have assisted a variety of clients with the planning, development and operations of convention, conference, civic, exhibition and other assembly facilities. Specifically, members of our firm have participated in over 400 engagements throughout 35 states and six countries with respect to convention, conference, civic, exhibition and other assembly facilities. We have performed studies in markets of all sizes — small, medium and large. As our focus is on the convention and assembly industry, we are continually researching emerging trends and conditions that impact convention center management, visitor bureaus, public facility authorities and other such industry participants.

CSL has completed over 500 consulting engagements, including event facility planning (for professional sports, collegiate, convention centers, and other event venues), sports industry consulting, visitor industry planning and real estate and economic development.

In addition to convention centers and venues serving professional sports and collegiate tenants, CSL has conducted hundreds of planning studies for an array of event venues, including minor league sports arenas and stadiums, performing arts theaters, equine/expo centers, and multipurpose event facilities.
