CSL was engaged by the Atlanta Falcons to provide an assessment of the market potential of new and enhanced premium seating concepts in a renovated Georgia Dome. The study addressed a variety of issues, including demand and price ranges for premium and general seating in various locations. Through discussions with Falcons representatives and a review of premium seat products at state-of-the art NFL stadiums, a number of potential new premium seating offerings and price structures were identified. More than 750 telephone surveys were completed with Atlanta-area corporations and Falcons season ticket, club seat and suite holders. The survey results were extrapolated in order to develop estimates related to demand for each potential new or enhanced premium seating offering. Recommendations were then developed regarding the appropriate inventory and pricing for each premium seat type.
