The St. Louis Sports Authority and the State of Missouri retained CSL International to assist in the development of a new ballpark for the St. Louis Cardinals. As part of this project, CSL assisted these public entities in understanding the economics of MLB franchises and facilities by preparing various summaries of the state of MLB, recent ballpark development funding programs and other such issues related to MLB's economic structure. In addition, CSL assisted the Authority and the State in their negotiations with the Cardinals.
