The Cardinals retained CSL to serve as the primary financial advisor related to development of a new NFL stadium and the resulting impacts on the franchise. CSL worked for the Cardinals over a 10-year period as the team pursued a new stadium. The primary focus was to determine the financial impact a new stadium could have on the franchise. CSL also assisted the Cardinals in assessing potential funding sources for the new stadium and assisted the franchise in developing a negotiation strategy for discussions with the State of Arizona and the potential host city. Subsequent to successful community vote, CSL was responsible for the evaluation of the appropriate mix and pricing for the general and premium seating.
