CSL was engaged by the University of Minnesota to serve as their feasibility advisor during the planning stages of a new campus stadium. As part of this process, CSL conducted market research and developed financial projections to assist the University in understanding the potential incremental revenues and expenses that could result from developing and operating a new campus stadium. Subsequent to the initial feasibility study, the University engaged CSL again to conduct a detailed premium seating study to determine the appropriate mix and inventory of premium seating (suites, indoor club seats, loge boxes, outdoor club seats and donor seating programs), pricing and amenities.

The $303 million, 50,805-seat TCF Bank Stadium opened on the Twin-Cities campus of the University of Minnesota in 2009.
