CSL was retained by Central Houston to evaluate potential funding options for a new NBA arena and to determine the estimated economic impact of the new arena on the Houston area. As part of the project, CSL summarized a variety of potential public and private funding sources for the new arena. In addition, based on estimated operations of the Rockets and the arena, estimates of the economic and fiscal impact the arena could have on the Houston area were prepared. We also served as a neutral third party and assisted both the Rockets and Sports Authority throughout the negotiations.
