Majestic Realty, owner of the Los Angeles Kings, retained CSL to serve as an advisor during the planning stages for a new arena in Los Angeles. As part of the project, CSL conducted market research and used this information to develop a variety of financial models based on the estimated utilization, attendance and operating assumptions. In addition, CSL assisted in developing a negotiation strategy, and also assisted in initial premium seating market research.

 

The $375 million, 10,060-seat Staples Center opened in 1999 in downtown Los Angeles as home to the NBA Los Angeles Lakers, NBA Los Angeles Clippers and the NHL Los Angeles Kings.
