The San Francisco 49ers hired CSL to complete a detailed economic impact study to quantify the potential benefits to the Santa Clara community associated with the construction and operations of a new stadium. CSL estimated the direct, indirect and induced spending anticipated to be generated by the stadium and team as well as the number of jobs supported, personal earnings and tax revenues.

The San Francisco 49ers engaged CSL again to provide an assessment of potential stadium sites and a market study for Personal Seat Licenses (PSL) that would be used to fund a portion of stadium construction cost.
