Additional CSL services included an analysis of potential funding options and negotiation assistance regarding the team’s contribution, stadium naming rights, and the stadium operating lease. CSL was also retained by the Pirates to assist in the negotiation of a new concession contract as well as the re-pricing of the suites at PNC Park.
