CSL has provided ongoing assistance to the Metropolitan Sports Facilities Commission (MSFC) with financial- and market-related matters concerning the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome. CSL assisted the MSFC in evaluating various capital improvements at the Metrodome including additional scoreboards, concession areas and club seating. In addition, CSL evaluated the development of a new dual-purpose stadium capable of accommodating the Twins and Vikings. CSL also recently assessed the financial impacts a Metrodome renovation could have on the operations of the Vikings. CSL also conducted a detailed premium seating study for a new stadium including the completion of surveys and focus groups with existing ticket holders and the corporate community on behalf of the Vikings.

 

In 2012, the Minnesota State legislature approved the constrution of a $975 million, 65,000-seat stadium in downtown Minneapolis.
