CSL assisted the University of Missouri in testing market demand for various premium seating concepts for a new arena under consideration by the University. The analysis included conducting interviews with various stakeholders, focus group sessions and telephone surveys of existing season ticket holders and corporations. The evaluation also included an assessment of arena sponsorship opportunities and revenue generation potential. In addition, CSL evaluated potential financing alternatives for the development of the new arena. Finally, CSL developed an implementation strategy for the solicitation and acquisition of various potential revenue and funding sources identified through these efforts.
