CSL assisted the Milwaukee Brewers in determining the quantity, characteristics and revenue-generating potential for preferential seating, private suites, and stadium clubs in a new stadium. Efforts included surveys of potential users, directing focus groups aimed at potential lessees of the suites and preferred seats, development of operating projections, recommendations related to ancillary development, and preparation of detailed reports on our findings and recommendations. CSL also assisted a community organization in the evaluation of the proposed stadium project and the preparation of an economic and fiscal analysis of the development project.
