Gonzaga University retained CSL International to conduct a feasibility analysis related to the renovation of Martin Centre or development of a new basketball arena for the University’s men’s and women’s basketball programs. As part of the analysis, CSL developed estimates of event utilization and related attendance levels, as well as estimated ticket pricing, per capita spending levels and other such factors. As a result of this analysis, CSL provided a detailed estimate of the potential revenues and expenses that could be generated in a new arena. The University subsequently retained CSL to provide a detailed analysis of the potential sponsorship revenues that could be generated in the new arena as well as to develop an appropriate ticket transition program for seating in a new arena.
