The Florida Marlins retained CSL to perform a feasibility study for a new ballpark in Miami. CSL evaluated the market’s ability to support such a facility, as well as the impact a new ballpark could have on the team’s financial performance. Additionally, a detailed premium seating study was completed to determine the appropriate level of premium seating for the proposed ballpark. Finally, a site analysis was performed to weigh the pros and cons of several proposed ballpark sites.

The $634 million, 36,742-seat Marlins Park opened in 2012 as the new home of the MLB Miami Marlins.
