The City of Houston engaged CSL International to serve as an advisor during negotiations with the MLS Houston Dynamos for a new downtown stadium. CSL assisted the City in understanding the economics of MLS teams and stadiums, provided industry research including but not limited to MLS operating structure and attendance, lease terms, stadium cost and financing sources and other pertinent data. Throughout the negotiation process, CSL advised the City with respect to lease and financing terms and developed financial models that were continually refined to reflect the terms negotiated and the financial and economic impacts those terms have on the City as well as the franchise.
