FC Barcelona engaged CSL as a marketing advisor to assist the Club with the development of a Corporate Hospitality program that would be included in a major renovation of Camp Nou Stadium. Specifically, CSL advised the architects and project principals on seating bowl design, corporate hospitality configuration and fan amenities that will both maximize venue revenue and minimize potential operating expenses. CSL created a detailed projection of potential revenue from recommended corporate hospitality packages and assisted in the development of a financial model for the renovated stadium. The recommended seating program in a renovated stadium included a total seating capacity of 106,500, including approximately 10,000 corporate hospitality seats.
