CSL was hired by Stephens, Inc. to evaluate the feasibility of a new ballpark in North Little Rock that would become the new home of the Class AA Arkansas Travelers. Based on factors including the demographics of the local market and historical attendance levels of the Travelers and Class AA teams playing in new ballparks, attendance estimates were developed for the Travelers playing in a new ballpark. Financial estimates for the team and ballpark were also prepared based on the attendance estimates. CSL also assisted Stephens Inc. in identifying potential funding sources for the ballpark.

The $40 million, 7,000-seat Dickey-Stephens Park opened in 2007.
