CSL was retained by the Cowboys to advise them on stadium development options. CSL’s tasks included a financial analysis to estimate the potential operating results of a renovated Texas Stadium as well as an evaluation of the viability of a new stadium. Once the Cowboys determined they wanted to pursue a new stadium, CSL evaluated potential sites within the Dallas-Fort Worth area and the potential impact each site would have on revenue streams such as suites, club seats and season tickets. Subsequent to the successful 2004 vote in Arlington, CSL worked with the Cowboys to develop the premium seating program and served as an advisor on the transition from Texas Stadium to the new stadium.

The $1.4 billion, 80,000-seat Cowboys Stadium opened in Arlington, Texas in 2009.
