St. Louis University retained CSL to conduct an analysis related to the viability of a new, on-campus arena for the University’s basketball programs. The study included an analysis of the demographic and socioeconomic characteristics of the St. Louis market, the potential market demand and event utilization for a new arena and the related financial operating results that could be generated in a new arena.


The $80.5 million, 10,600-seat Chaifetz Arena opened in 2008 and serves as the home of the Bilikens’ men’s and women’s basketball programs and hosts a multitude of other events.
