CSL was hired by the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce to provide an extensive study of Tulsa’s current and future sports and entertainment facility needs. One component of the study was a feasibility analysis for a new multi-purpose arena. CSL reviewed the historical operations of the current Convention Center Arena and performed a market analysis to assess the ability of a new arena to attract patrons and events and support a premium seating program. Finally, a financial analysis was performed to estimate the revenues and expenses that could be generated by new arena operations.

The $196 million, 19,199-seat BOK Center opened in 2008.
